Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RepuMint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of RepuMint, including business owners and their authorized team members.

RepuMint is a reputation management platform that allows local businesses to send review requests to customers via SMS and email, collect and display reviews from third-party platforms, manage customer feedback privately, and track reputation metrics over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RepuMint. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

One account may manage multiple business locations. Each business is subject to the usage limits of the subscription plan attached to that business.

You agree to use RepuMint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Send review requests to individuals who have not had a genuine interaction with your business.
• Offer incentives (discounts, gifts, or other rewards) in exchange for reviews, which violates the terms of most review platforms.
• Upload contact lists that you do not have the legal right to contact.
• Use RepuMint to harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Violate any applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or GDPR.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

By uploading customer contact information and sending review requests through RepuMint, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary consents to contact those individuals by SMS and email.
• Your use of customer contact data complies with all applicable laws.
• You will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

RepuMint provides the tools to send messages, but you are the sender and you are legally responsible for the messages sent through your account.

Each RepuMint subscription includes monthly limits on SMS and email review requests. Limits are tracked per business location and reset on your billing anniversary date each month.

Monthly limits by plan

• Starter ($29/mo): 50 SMS review requests, 500 email review requests per business.
• Pro ($39/mo): 200 SMS review requests, 2,000 email review requests per business.
• Additional business ($15/mo): 50 SMS review requests, 500 email review requests per location.

Fair use

• Each business location's limits are tracked and enforced independently. One location cannot use another's quota.
• Limits reset automatically on your monthly billing date.
• We will notify you when you are approaching your monthly limit. You may upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits.
• Accounts with unusually high volumes or patterns inconsistent with normal business use may be reviewed.
• Accounts with 10 or more business locations may be contacted to discuss a custom multi-location plan.

RepuMint offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

RepuMint integrates with third-party services including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and TripAdvisor. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service and policies.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect RepuMint's functionality, including review platform restrictions or policy changes.

RepuMint and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepuMint and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to RepuMint, including your business information, logo, and customer data. By uploading content, you grant RepuMint a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service.

RepuMint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific business outcomes, including an increase in reviews or ratings.

We are not responsible for the content of reviews posted on third-party platforms, or for the policies or actions of those platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepuMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of RepuMint shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of RepuMint after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
