RepuMint is a reputation management platform built for local businesses. We help business owners collect reviews, manage customer feedback, and track their online reputation across multiple platforms.

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly

• Account information: your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
• Business information: your business name, address, logo, and the review platforms you connect.
• Customer contact lists: names, phone numbers, and email addresses you upload to send review requests.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications: messages you send us or feedback you submit.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you logged in and improve your experience.

Information from third parties

• Review platforms: we sync review data from Google and Facebook when you connect those accounts.
• OAuth providers: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the RepuMint service.
• Send review request messages to your customers via SMS and email on your behalf.
• Sync and display your reviews from connected platforms.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send you account-related emails such as confirmations, receipts, and important updates.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' personal information to third parties.

When you upload a customer contact list or add individual contacts, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact those individuals and that doing so complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act.

Customer contact information is used solely to send review requests on your behalf. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with other RepuMint customers.

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: we use trusted third-party services to operate RepuMint, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), and Google Cloud (infrastructure). These providers only access your data as needed to provide their services.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of RepuMint, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: if RepuMint is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before that happens.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.

Customer contact data you upload is retained until you delete it from your account or close your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest in our database.

No system is completely secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at avery@repumint.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how people use RepuMint. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect your ability to use the service.

RepuMint is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or through the app.
